EDIT2: Happy 19th birthday, Koukiiiiiii~! Here's your present, your long awaited revamp! I made his outfit more combat-oriented and also modeled the armor after some feudal samurai designs >v< Yes, he wields a short katana (looks even shorter with the angle lol). I think I've only mentioned it once or twice, but he fights with the sword in his left hand and the sheath in his right to block. THE MORE YOU KNOW~

His design is soooo...PINK. And humorous. But that may just be because I'm weird.

Name: Kouki (光希), but he likes to go by Kou because he doesn't like his name.

Pokemon: Clefable

Age: 16 HE JUST TURNED 20 MY LORD (Birthday: 3/21)

Height: 5'7"

Village: Scorched Mountain (RIP Firefield Village *sniff*)

Job: Samurai

Nature: Brave (Attack + / Speed - )

Ability: Magic Guard - prevents indirect damage, such as from Hail, Toxic, Curse, or Leech Seed. It does not prevent status problems, but rather protects from damaging effects. Damage caused upon being switched in, such as Stealth Rock, and Recoil is prevented except from using Struggle.

Attacks:
Meteor Mash - inflicts damage fired like a meteor and has a 20% chance of raising the user's Attack stat by one stage. (If it raises his attack, bursts of light shaped like little stars fly off from the impact of his punch, lol)
Metronome - waggles a finger to use any POKéMON move at random. (His Metronome dance is super cutesy, but he refuses to acknowledge this)
Softboiled - recovers up to half the user's maximum HP. (Even he's confused as to how this works without being a Chansey)
Shadow Ball - deals damage and has a 20% chance of lowering the target's Special Defense.

Likes: Solitude, singing, listening to concerts or good singers, respectful people, being on time, moonlit nights, watching warriors train/fight, sitting on the roof of the theater, large amounts of food (the spicier the better), aspiring samurai/fellow samurai, people who are misfits (like himself), objects that produce pleasant sounds, tall places, collecting moonstones, physical activity like sparring, training, and exercise

Dislikes: Being around a lot of people, being called "cute, adorable, darling, etc.", being tardy, sweets, messiness, his family, needlessly excessive amounts of happiness, not being taken seriously, mockery/disrespect of him, being underestimated, getting tangled in people's love lives, being unclothed, his unluckiness with using Metronome, hugs, being smothered by his family, malevolent ghosts, ANYONE who upsets Yae, clinginess, feeling like things are out of his control

Personality: Kou is definitely not your typical Clefable. He is foul-tempered and is not afraid to scorn or shun others. One trait that he does share with fairy pokemon is that he is evasive of others and quite the recluse. In spite of this, his responsible nature ensures that he will go to any lengths to protect the village. He is dependable, relatively polite to the people he meets, and also somewhat respectful of his seniors, even if he really dislikes them (like Agni, lol). Deep down, perhaps somewhere way deep, deep, deeeeep down, he yearns for someone who can understand him, maybe. More prevalent on his list of life goals is to prove to others, especially those who like to mock him, that even fairy Pokemon can be great warriors. (This sounds a lot better in his head.)
Having a set purpose in life allows him to be focused and set lofty goals for himself which he can be confident he will achieve. If anything happens to affect his pursuit of his dreams that is out of his control, he always tries to make it work in his favor. The downside is that being too focused on his goals does not allow him to concentrate on making friends or spending time with his family, making him a socially awkward and slightly self-absorbed recluse.

History: Growing up in a family that was excessively cheerful 24/7 was hard on Kou who took a more...negative view on life. Made even more difficult was the fact that he had seven sisters, all of which became healers, and who all, including his parents, expected him to become a happy fairy healer as well. Needless to say, Kou left Ice Bay as soon as he could to pursue his own dreams.
After the Kami Trio War:
Living in Firefield Village and the Kami Trio event has caused Kouki to be accepting and generally respectful to his samurai comrades (unless they tease him, in which case he'll insult/fight back). He's also become much nicer and sympathetic toward children and older women, especially mothers, since he had to console and take care of so many during the disasters. Although still somewhat socially awkward around people, he doesn't avoid them altogether and is actually very good at being supportive to people (children especially) who are or have been depressed. He's even managed to crack a smile once or twice.
Now:
Somehow despite his social awkwardness, he has managed to obtain a handful of close friends and has even been able to acknowledge them as such. Emotions for Kouki that were difficult to register or impossible to recognize have been making their appearance more frequently. VERY slowly but gradually, he is becoming a more emotionally well-rounded person. Along with the addition of these close friends, he has shown a more prevalent overprotective streak.

-is very good at singing, but he hates singing in front of others
-is left-handed (which is why he carries his sword on his right hip)

-cannot fly (he finds his wings pretty useless)

-gave the moonstone that he always wore around his neck to Youko and she in turn gave a piece of her red jewel in the form of a bracelet to him
-still has moonstones hanging off the sheath of his sword as well as a small collection in his room
-is better at hand to hand combat than sword fighting
-can jump tall heights and move almost soundlessly
-is more adept at fist-fighting than sword-fighting
-rarely, if ever, leaves his hands unbandaged unless he is sleeping or bathing
-has a short katana used for one-handed sword techniques
